We can all agree that shipping is a huge pain sometimes!  The delays and price increases seen in the global supply chain are real and have an impact on every business, even Ginger Beds.   We know that many large businesses can offer free shipping and someday we hope that Ginger Beds can do that. Unfortunately, we are still a very small business and simply cannot cover the shipping costs related to our orders and we appreciate your understanding. After your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.  You will be notified immediately of any backorder or inventory issues related to your order.  As a small manufacturer, we do not keep a large inventory of beds sitting in a warehouse.  Your bed is handcrafted by our Founder, John when you place your order.  When your bed is complete you will receive an email notification that it's ready to ship out.  We use UPS for our shipping and you will also receive tracking information so you'll know the estimated arrival date.   We apologize but at this time we are only able to ship beds within the contiguous United States. We have no doubt that you and your pup are going to love your new Ginger Bed!  However, should you not be thrilled with your bed we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your bed to request a return or exchange.  To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gingerbeds.com.  Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Should you request a full refund for your purchase that is not due to damage or defect, the cost to ship the returned bed will be deducted from your refund amount.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned bed, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, less return shipping charges on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your bed as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the bed is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In your email, please include pictures of any damages or defects.

Should your new Ginger Bed be the incorrect size, please contact us at info@gingerbeds.com and let us know what the correct size for your pup is.  We will send you a shipping label to return the incorrect sized bed.  Once we receive the returned bed, we will process a refund (Exchange to smaller bed) or provide you an invoice (Exchange to larger bed) to purchase for the correct sized bed.  Due to the high cost of shipping, the shipping costs for exchanging your bed will be a shared cost.  We will notify you of what those charges are prior to initiating any exchange.

All returned or exchanged beds must be unused, unwashed, in resalable condition and shipped back in their original box.  Should the returned bed not be in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee could be applied. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@gingerbeds.com.
